Collaborating with clarity, integrity, and connection are natural for us. But in many situations it can be challenging to do so. To manifest their best intentions and collaborative capacities groups need an environment that supports their values and skills. Leadership, facilitation, agreements, and specially-configured communication tools can all guide the way. Perspegrity stands for Perspective and Integrity -- or a melding of the Yin of openness and adaptive creativity with the Yang of rigor and accountability.
The logo includes images of a cairn, a sun/moon circle, a hint of reflective water, and ground. Together these suggest a balance of the Yin and Yang elements of values-oriented collaboration: grounding communication in reality, spacious openness to alternative ideas, reflection on self and system, circles of connection and mutual regard, the guidance of skilled and compassionate leadership and facilitation, and the wisdom of balancing these elements. Rock cairns, placed to guide the way on nature's pathways, are playful artifacts of kindness, grounded solidly in sometimes difficult to navigate realities.
