We help groups deepen their inherent capacity and skill to succeed in the midst of the material and social complexity that naturally arises from:

In such contexts participants need support in consistently bringing their highest intentions and collaboration capacities to the fore. The online tools that are used on a regular basis can be configured to support these capacities as part of everyday work.
What is "higher quality?"
When we say "Higher quality Communication, Collaboration, and Decision Making for on-line communities, meetings, and work," what do we mean by "quality?"
Supporting higher quality communication, collaboration, and decision making in a group means deeper levels of mutual understanding and regard, more clarity in information and the expression of needs and requests, and more integrity and accountability in collaborative work. You know quality it when you see (or feel) it, but mostly it goes unnoticed until it is lacking -- when clarity, commitment, open-mindedness, or trust break down. Our belief is that online collaboration and communication environments can be customized and facilitated so as to support this "higher quality" in groups that already use online tools on a regular basis. Our methods create systemic support for participants actualizing their inherent capacities for clarity, trust, effectiveness, and wisdom.
