Our Method

We work with clients to customize online collaboration tools to meet their needs and support their core values. Our solutions are about much more than software. Designing guidelines and processes for participant interaction, providing online facilitation, and continuously adapting to organizational realities all require a skilled response to the unique human factors of your group's situation.

1. Clarify organizational needs: what are the organization's or group's core values, needs, and growth opportunities?

2. Assess human capacity goals: what are the key capacities, talents, attitudes, and skills that will support the organization's values and needs?

3. Identify organizational resources and leverage points: how will group size, levels of trust, time commitment, and other factors impact the implementation?

4. Co-design online solutions: Based on the organizational needs and values, human capacity goals, and the resource context, we work with you to design solutions and train your personnel to maintain the desired collaborative environment.

  • Solution Components:

    1. Participant guidelines
    2. Information design, dialog structure, collaboration processes
